John Doerr

John Doerr is an engineer and accomplished venture capitalist. He is the current chairman of investment firm Kleiner Perkins. Doerr was an early investor in Google and Amazon.

He has worked in venture capital for 37 years looking for disruptive ideas. Doerr also works with social entrepreneurs in healthcare and machine learning. He graduated from Chaminade College, Rice University and Harvard University.
