He served as CEO of Behance until its acquisition by Adobe in 2012, after which he held various leadership roles at Adobe, including Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President of Design. Belsky is also a best-selling author with books like "Making Ideas Happen" and "The Messy Middle." He holds a bachelor's degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School
