Lawrence A. Cunningham is an American corporate director, advisor, author, professor, and lawyer who directs the John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance at the University of Delaware.

He is the founder and managing partner of the Quality Shareholders Group and special counsel with an international law firm, with expertise in corporate governance and knowledge of Berkshire Hathaway's history and culture. Cunningham has served on the board of directors of several companies, including Constellation Software, Kelly Group Partners, and Markel Group.
