François Dupuy

About the author

François Dupuy (1947–2024) was a sociologist of organizations and a professor at CEDEP, the European Centre for Executive Development. With a background in academia (the Sorbonne), university research (CNRS) and teaching at business schools in Europe and North America, he built up expertise in advising companies through the consultancy he founded. Describing his own work as centered on “the strategic analysis of organizations as a tool for diagnosing and managing change,” he was a respected voice among HR directors and managers.
