Christopher Robert Miller, born September 23, 1975, in Everett, is one half of the American filmmaking duo Lord and Miller, whose work is defined by genre subversion and inventive visual style across animation and live-action. Together with Phil Lord, he co-created and directed Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (2009) and The Lego Movie (2014), directed 21 Jump Street (2012) and 22 Jump Street (2014), and co-created the animated sitcom Clone High. Their production of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse earned them the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature in 2019.
