Céline Alvarez, born in 1983 in Argenteuil, is a French author and speaker who came to public attention in 2016 with her book Les Lois naturelles de l'enfant (The Natural Laws of Children). The work documents an educational experiment she conducted between 2011 and 2014 in a priority-zone nursery school in Gennevilliers, which she argues led to significant gains in children's personality development and cognitive skills. Her findings sparked wide debate about early childhood education in France.
