Joey Coleman is a business consultant and keynote speaker who specializes in customer retention and loyalty. He is the founder and Chief Experience Composer of Design Symphony, a customer experience branding firm. Previously he worked as a trial attorney, in the White House Counsel's office during the Clinton Administration, and at the Corporate Executive Board.

He graduated from the University of Notre Dame and The George Washington University Law School.
