Jim Kouzes

Jim Kouzes is an executive professor of leadership at Santa Clara University, renowned as a leadership scholar, and has lectured globally to various organizations. He is an alumnus of Michigan State University and held leadership roles at the Tom Peters Company. Kouzes, alongside Barry Posner, has coauthored numerous books on leadership, including the influential "The Leadership Challenge."
