DANIEL ESTY is professor of environmental law and policy at Yale University. He is also a director of the Yale Center for Environmental Law and Policy and the Center for Business and Environment at Yale. Mr.

Esty was formerly a senior official at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and has assisted major Fortune 500 companies like Coca-Cola and Unilever to set up their own environmental advisory boards.

Daniel Esty is a graduate of Harvard, Oxford and Yale and is the author or editor of nine books and numerous articles.
