Bob Reiss is a seasoned entrepreneur, having founded and led multiple start-ups, including R&R Recreational Products, Inc. and R&R/Valdawn, which was recognized as one of America's Fastest Growing Companies in the early 1990s. Prior to his entrepreneurial career, he worked as a National Sales Representative for 14 years.

Reiss is an alumnus of Columbia University and Harvard Business School. He is also a frequent public speaker and has shared his insights on entrepreneurship at over 80 institutions worldwide.
