Aude Mirkovic

Born on 25 June 1973, Aude Mirkovic is a French legal scholar, academic, and essayist specializing in family law and bioethics. She holds the rank of maître de conférences with HDR accreditation in private law and criminal sciences, and directs a master's program in health law and biotechnologies. In 2008 she founded Juristes pour l'enfance, an association of which she remains spokesperson.

Her expertise brought her before France's Constitutional Laws Committee in 2018 to address bioethical questions on procreation and society.
