Robert H. Mnookin is a renowned professor of law at Harvard Law School, where he also serves as the director of the Harvard Negotiation Research Project and chair of the Program on Negotiation. He has authored nine books, including "Beyond Winning: Negotiating to Create Value in Deals and Disputes" and "Bargaining With The Devil: When to Negotiate, When to Fight".

Mnookin has been instrumental in resolving several landmark commercial disputes, such as those between IBM and Fujitsu, and Boston Scientific and Medinol2. He has also conducted numerous workshops on negotiation skills for corporations, government agencies, and law firms worldwide.
